Step preview
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add water, dried yeast and sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
- Then add bread flour, salt, fresh sage, pumpkin purée, honey, olive oil, egg and egg yolk to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 8
- Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
- Add feta cheese to the dough
- Knead
- Shape into a ball
- Transfer dough to baking sheet
- Cover with kitchen towel
- Prove - 45 min
- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
- Bake - 15 min, 200°C
- Bake - 20 min, 170°C
- Serve
