  3. Add olive oil, fresh chili, garlic clove, saffron threads and tomato paste to the kCook bowl

  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 121°C, speed 3
  7. Then add canned tomatoes and sugar to the kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  9. Remove lid
  10. Add mussels and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  11. Replace lid
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 99°C, speed 1
  13. Serve
