This quick and easy recipe is just what you will need on a hot summers day and can be served straight away because the raspberries are frozen, however you may prefer to freeze the mixture for a firm scoop.

Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add sugar, raspberries and greek yogurt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to plastic container
  7. Chill in freezer until just set
  8. Serve
