The most delicious little recipe around from Thermomix. Make sure you put this on your must do list. SO easy, so garlicky and totally hits that spot! More Serve over Light Lemon Risotto with lashings of fresh lemon juice, and finely grated zest over; or on simply their own with fresh crusty bread if desired

Step preview

  1. Add flat-leaf parsley to the TM5 bowl
  2. Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 6
  3. Remove from bowl and set aside
  4. Add garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  5. Chop with MC in place 4 sec, speed 5
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Sauté for 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  8. Then add prawns to the TM5 bowl
  9. Cook with MC off for 5 min, Varoma, reverse speed 1
  10. Then add brandy, pink Himalayan salt flakes, black pepper and single cream to the TM5 bowl
  11. Cook with MC off 2 min, Varoma, reverse speed 1
  12. Add parsley through hole in lid in the last 20 sec of cooking time, just to incorporate or stir through after
  13. Garnish with lemon
