Step preview

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine ground beef, panko, parsley, allspice, nutmeg, onion, garlic powder, pepper, salt and egg
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Roll into balls
  4. Add olive oil and butter to a clean frying pan
  5. Heat until hot
  6. Add the meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side and cooked throughout
  7. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil
  8. Add butter and flour to skillet and whisk until it turns brown
  9. Slowly stir in beef broth and heavy cream
  10. Add Worchestershire sauce and Dijon mustard
  11. Bring to a simmer until sauce starts to thicken
  12. Salt and pepper to taste
  13. Add the meatballs back to the skillet and simmer for another 1-2 minutes
  14. Serve over egg noodles or rice
