Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Combine dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder and sugar
  3. Add milk and stir just until combined, it doesn’t need to be smooth
  4. Add peanut butter and stir until fully combined, don’t over mix but make sure peanut butter is fully incorporated
  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until a wooden skewer inserted comes out clean
