Step preview

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to packaging
  2. Once cooked drain, rinse with cold water and set aside
  3. In a large microwave safe bowl add the water, shiro miso paste, sesame oil, chilli oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce and crushed garlic
  4. Whisk well to combine
  5. Once combined add chilli , scallions, zucchini and mangetout
  6. Now add in the salmon fillet and submerge as much as possible in the liquid
  7. Add a microwave safe plate/lid/saran wrap on the bowl
  8. Transfer the bowl and lid to the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven and microwave
  9. To serve add the cooked ramen noodles to a large ramen bowl
  10. Place the salmon fillet on top of the noodles and then pour the veg and broth over the salmon and noodles
  11. Drizzle with a small bit more soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli oil as desired and serve
