Step preview

  1. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Add your rigatoni pasta and frozen spinach blocks
  4. Boil over high heat for 10-12 mins or until the pasta is al dente
  5. Drain the pasta and spinach in a colander and save one cup of the pasta water
  6. Add the cooked pasta, spinach, and reserved pasta water to a large mixing bowl
  7. Add in the drained tuna, crushed garlic, your favourite tomato and basil sauce, red pesto and a generous seasoning of salt
  8. Mix to combine
  9. Add the pasta and all the ingredients to a 9x13" microwave safe dish and press the pasta down gently so it is in an even layer
  10. Add the grated gruyère cheese on top in a generous layer
  11. Place the dish in the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven and cook for 30 mins on Combo 1
  12. Remove carefully and serve immediately
