- ¾ teaspoon

Step preview
- Line in cake tin
- Add butter, dark chocolate, coffee powder and water to a clean large saucepan
- Melt slowly until completely melted and let cool - approx 5 min, low heat
- Add self raising flour, all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and caster sugar to a clean large glass bowl
- Stir gently until well combined
- Add egg, walnut oil and low fat yogurt to a clean small bowl
- Whisk thoroughly until smooth then set aside
- Make a well in the middle of the mixed dry ingredients, pour a little by little each of the wet mixtures and stir, until all is incorporated
- Pre-heat oven - 160°C
- Pour batter to the cake tin
- Bake - 2 hr 25 min, 160°C
- Check until skewer tests clean
- Transfer onto cooling rack
- Let cool, then turn out and serve
