Step preview
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add butter to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 3
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add garlic clove to the sauce
- Add salt & pepper to the sauce
- Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 141°C, speed 4
- Then add fresh parsley, bay leaves, white wine, lemon juice and double cream to the sauce
- Add fish fillet, mixed seafood and frozen peas to the steamer tray
- Assemble
- Steam - 5 min, 104°C, speed 1
- Remove
- Transfer fish to ceramic baking dish
- Add cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl and mix
- Mix with tablespoon until combined
- Transfer mixture to sauce
- Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 4
- Transfer sauce to ceramic baking dish and mix
- Pre-heat oven - 179°C
- Add panko breadcrumbs and dill to a clean large mixing bowl
- Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Grate parmesan cheese into the mixture with direct prep attachment
- Mix with tablespoon
- Add olive oil to the mixture
- Mix with tablespoon until combined
- Transfer mixture to ceramic baking dish evenly
- Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 179°C
- Serve
