- 230 ml

- Parmesan cheese
- 50 g

- Mozzarella cheese
- 50 g

- Provolone cheese

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 190°C
- Add water, salt and cauliflower to a clean large saucepan
- Cook - approx 2 min
- Add broccoli
- Cook until tender - approx 3 min
- Drain then set aside
- Add heavy cream and butter to a clean saucepan
- Melt while stirring occasionally - medium-low heat
- Add parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese and pecorino cheese to the mixture
- Stir until completely melted - low heat
- Add sundried tomato to the mixture
- Transfer vegetables to mixture
- Mix until combined
- Transfer mixture to baking dish
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
- Bake until light golden - 8 min, 190°C
- Let cool - approx 5 min
- Serve
