A healthy and colourful granola with lots of good stuff in it. Makes a nice big batch. Serve with yogurt and fresh fruit or munch it on it's own for a snack. Feel free to use whatever nuts, seeds and dried fruit you can find. Use this recipe as a formula to create your own special granola.
