  1. Pre-heat oven - 240°C
  2. Grease a clean muffin pan with olive oil
  3. Divide onion and bacon between the muffin pan evenly between
  4. Bake - 5 min, 240°C
  5. Add all purpose flour, egg, milk and wholegrain mustard to a clean blender jug
  6. Season with salt & pepper
  7. Blend until smooth
  8. Arrange apple in the muffin pan
  9. Pour batter into muffin pan
  10. Bake until light golden - 20 min, 240°C
  11. Serve
