Delicious, nutrient-rich and naturally sweet. This frozen banana and dragon fruit smoothie bowl makes a great breakfast or healthy dessert, just toss it together in your Thermomix and top with fresh fruit and cacao nibs.

Step preview

  1. Add banana to the TM5 bowl
  2. Chop with MC on - 5 sec, speed 10
  3. Then add blueberries, vanilla extract and coconut milk to the TM bowl
  4. Blend with MC on - 20 sec, speed 10
  5. Divide content of TM5 bowl between 4 large serving bowls
  6. Arrange blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and cacao nibs in the large serving bowls
  7. Add flaked coconut, sesame seeds, dragon fruit and edible flowers to the large serving bowls
  8. Serve
