  1. Add ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, cornflour and water to a clean medium bowl
  2. Stir until smooth then set aside
  3. Heat a clean frying pan
  4. Add vegetable oil and red bell pepper to the frying pan
  5. Cook in frying pan - 2 min
  6. Stir in ginger, garlic clove and fresh chili to the frying pan
  7. Fry in frying pan - 1 min
  8. Add prawns to the frying pan
  9. Cook in frying pan until thickened - 3 min
  10. Add egg noodles to the frying pan
  11. Cook in frying pan until heated through
  12. Add lime to the frying pan
  13. Scatter green onion over the frying pan
  14. Transfer sauce to frying pan
  15. Serve immediately
