Step preview

  1. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  2. Bring to boil
  3. Add linguine
  4. Cook until al dente
  5. Drain then set aside
  6. Heat olive oil in a frying pan - high heat
  7. Add jumbo shrimp, garlic clove, lemon and fresh chili to the frying pan. Season with salt
  8. Cook in frying pan until just cooked - 2 min, high heat
  9. Add zucchini and unsalted butter
  10. Season with salt and stir well
  11. Cook for approx 30 sec
  12. Transfer pasta to frying pan
  13. Toss until well combined
  14. Serve immediately
