Lightly floured surface
Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
- Roll out puff pastry onto a clean lightly floured surface
- Prick
- Get a clean baking sheet
- Transfer pastry to baking sheet
- Brush with egg
- Bake - 12 min, 200°C
- Remove and press down
- Spread with black olive tapenade
- Arrange figs and cherry tomatoes in the baking sheet
- Crumble soft goat cheese over the baking sheet
- Sprinkle with dried thyme and parmesan cheese
- Bake until light golden - 8 min, 200°C
- Serve
