Step preview

  1. Add peanut butter, dark chocolate and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  2. Melt for 30 min, 38°C, speed 1
  3. Meanwhile, prepare a muffin tin with either silicone liners or paper liners
  4. Spread a little of the melted mixture into the base of each of the liners
  5. Spoon a tsp peanut butter into the centre of each and spread as evenly as you can
  6. Top each with the remaining chocolate mixture and sprinkle with a little pink salt
  7. Chill in fridge until set
  8. Serve
