Medium cast iron skillet
Step preview
- Heat sunflower oil to a clean medium cast iron skillet
- Add ground beef and onion to the medium cast iron skillet
- Fry evenly until browned
- Stir in garlic clove to the medium cast iron skillet
- Add paprika, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, ground cinnamon and bay leaves to the medium cast iron skillet
- Cook - approx 1 min
- Add tomato, canned red kidney beans, dark brown sugar, beef stock and bittersweet chocolate to the medium cast iron skillet
- Season with salt & pepper
- Boil while stirring occasionally
- Transfer content of medium cast iron skillet to slow cooker bowl and cover
- Cook until just cooked - 9 hr, low heat
- Transfer mixture to 4 serving plates
- Drizzle with sour cream
- Serve
