- Add salt and water to a clean saucepan
- Boil
- Add tagliatelle to the pasta
- Cook until al dente
- Add olive oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
- Heat
- Add pork tenderloin to the large cast iron skillet
- Brown - 2 min
- Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to plate then set aside
- Add onion to the large cast iron skillet
- Cook - 5 min
- Add garlic clove to the large cast iron skillet
- Fry until softened - 1 min
- Add brandy, white wine, raisins, apple juice, green peppercorns and juniper berries to the large cast iron skillet
- Boil - 2 min, high heat
- Reduce heat
- Stir single cream into the large cast iron skillet
- Simmer - 5 min
- Transfer meat to large cast iron skillet
- Cook until cooked through - 5 min
- Drain pasta
- Transfer pasta to large cast iron skillet
- Mix
- Serve
