This simple slow-cooked curry combines tender, moist chicken thighs with chunks of sweet potato. Serve sprinked with plenty of vibrant cilantro and a side of naan for mopping up the delicious balti sauce.

  1. Add chicken thighs, onion and sweet potato to a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Sprinkle with garlic
  3. Add Balti curry sauce to a clean saucepan
  4. Boil
  5. Transfer sauce to slow cooker bowl and cover
  6. Cook in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
  7. Cook in slow cooker until cooked through - 6 hr, low heat
  8. Stir
  9. Sprinkle with cilantro
  10. Transfer content of slow cooker bowl to 4 medium bowls
  11. Spoon into bowls and serve with warmed naan bread
