  13. Transfer fruit to large mixing bowl
  14. Mix until combined
  15. Prepare a clean heatproof bowl
  16. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to heatproof bowl
  17. Cover firmly
  18. Boil and let cool - 6 hr, medium heat
