Step preview

  1. Line a clean springform pan with parchment paper
  2. Add all purpose flour, salted butter, granulated sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract to a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Blend until dough forms
  4. Press pie crust into springform pan
  5. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  6. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  7. Add crème fraîche, egg yolk and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Mix until well combined
  9. Spread mixture with pie evenly
  10. Add blueberries to a clean small bowl
  11. Press fruit into pie
  12. Bake - 15 min
  13. Bake until set - 15 min, 150°C
  14. Let cool completely
