Step preview

  1. Add granulated sugar and agar agar to a clean saucepan
  2. Stir until combined
  3. Add strawberries to the saucepan
  4. Stir until combined
  5. Let rest until hydrated - 5 min
  6. Heat until boiling while whisking
  7. Let cool until set - approx 1 hr
  8. Purée until smooth
  9. Decorate with piping bag
