Step preview

  1. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar to a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Cream
  3. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla extract to the stand mixer bowl
  4. Mix well then set aside
  5. Add all purpose flour, baking soda and salt to a clean medium bowl
  6. Combine
  7. Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined
  8. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  9. Scoop content of stand mixer bowl onto baking sheet
  10. Bake until just set - 10 min, 175°C
  11. Let cool slightly
  12. Transfer onto cooling rack
