Laksa is a spicy Southeast Asian noodle soup made with chicken, prawn or fish, in a spicy curry coconut milk broth. Find the recipe for THERMOfit Laksa Paste on my profile. If using pre cooked peeled defrosted prawns, add in to the bowl at step 5. If you have a Thermoserver you can add the Sprouts, Spinach and Cabbage to the Thermoserver and pour the Laksa on top, stir through and let sit for 5 minutes.

Step preview

  1. Add coconut oil and Laksa Paste to the TM5 bowl
  2. Sauté - 4 min, 100°C, gentle stir
  3. Then add coconut cream, coconut sugar and tamarind paste to the TM5 bowl
  4. Mix - 3 min, 100°C, speed 1
  5. Then add water, green beans, green onion, kaffir lime leaves, vegetable stock powder and broccoli to the TM5 bowl
  6. Cook - 8 min, 110°C, reverse gentle stir
  7. Then add shrimps, button mushroom, fish sauce, lime and baby spinach to the TM5 bowl
  8. Cook - 5 min, 100°C, reverse gentle stir
  9. Divide bean sprouts between the clean large serving bowls
  10. Pour mixture into 4 large serving bowls evenly
  11. Serve garnished with cilantro
