  6. Then add cornstarch and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 50°C, speed 4
  8. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 90°C, speed 4
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  10. Spoon content of kCook bowl into 4 ramekins
  11. Chill in fridge - approx 4 hr
  12. Serve
