Chicken Rigatoni Bake

- Rigatoni pasta
- 250 g

Step preview
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add chicken breast, canned chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock, chili flakes and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice green bell pepper and onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Then add rigatoni pasta to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
- Scatter mozzarella cheese over the ceramic baking dish
- Bake until browned - 10 min, 200°C
- Serve
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves to taste
