Is this a dish that the hunter had for his tea after a good catch of rabbits? No quite the opposite, a lovely piece of fine cuisine its cheese and toast with attitude it has a fine layer of melted cheese and other ingredients on top of a slice of toast, simply delicious.

Step preview

  1. Add cheddar cheese, egg, beer, worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard to a clean medium bowl
  2. Season with black pepper and seasoned salt
  3. Mix with tablespoon until mixture comes together
  4. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  5. Broil a clean work surface - 2 min, 200°C
  6. Transfer cheese mixture to work surface
  7. Broil until golden brown - 1 min, 200°C
  8. Assemble
