Step preview

  1. Whisk sesame oil, ginger and soy sauce into a clean small bowl then set aside
  2. Add beef top round to a clean cutting board
  3. Using a meat tenderizer, pound beef round cubes to approximately ⅛” thickness
  4. Season with salt & pepper
  5. Add spring onion to the cutting board
  6. Cut off white ends of scallions
  7. Layer 3-4 scallions along one edge of the beef and roll the beef tightly around scallions
  8. Brush with soy sauce
  9. Spray cooking spray onto the wire rack
  10. Place enamel tray below, and rolled meat on top
  11. Cook - 8 min, Broil 1
  12. Turn beef over
  13. Cook - 10 min, Broil 1
  14. Slice beef into approximately 1” sections
  15. Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
