Step preview

  1. Place honeycrisp apple on a clean work surface
  2. Using mandoline slice apples to 6mm (¼”) thick
  3. Transfer apples to large mixing bowl
  4. Add powdered cheddar cheese to the large mixing bowl
  5. Mix until coated
  6. Arrange apples in Airfry basket
  7. Place WIRE RACK in the oven and then, place AIR FRY BASKET on top
  8. Bake - 45 min, 110°C, Convection bake
  9. After 45 MINUTES flip the apples and press CONVECTION BAKE set to 230°F and set time to 25 MINUTES at 230°F. Note: After flipping, check on the apples periodically.
  10. Bake - 25 min, 110°C, Convection bake
  11. Let cool on round wire rack until crispy - 45 min
  12. Serve
