Step preview

  1. Add olive oil and onion to a clean pie dish
  2. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  3. Place WIRE RACK in the oven followed by the pie plate. Press AIRFY/BROIL/COMBO button and set it to COMBO 1. Set timer to 8 MINUTES and press Start.
  4. Cook - 8 min, Combo 1
  5. Add veggie crumbles to a clean medium bowl
  6. Sprinkle with black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and kosher salt
  7. Transfer onion mixture to medium bowl
  8. Mix well until combined
  9. Place mix in oven
  10. Microwave - 7 min, 1000 W (High)
  11. Mix canned diced tomatoes into the medium bowl
  12. Place the bowl with plant-based mixture and tomatoes back into oven. Press Microwave once (1000W) and set time to 2 MINUTES.
  13. Microwave - 2 min, 1000 W (High)
  14. Add ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and asiago cheese to a clean small bowl
  15. Spray cooking spray onto a clean ceramic baking dish
  16. Layer with lasagna noodles
  17. Spread half of ricotta mixture over pasta, followed by a layer of meat mixture (around 1 ½ cup) and repeat. Spread remaining meat mixture on top and sprinkle with parmesan if desired. It is possible to have more/less layers depending on amount of meat between pasta.
  18. Spread remaining meat mixture on top and sprinkle with parmesan if desired
  19. Bake - 30 min, 190°C, Convection bake
  20. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  21. Bake - 10 min, 190°C, Convection bake
  22. Let cool - 5 min
