Step preview

  1. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  2. Place egg on the rack
  3. Cover with water
  4. Add soy sauce, tea bag, star anise pod and cinnamon stick to the inner pot
  5. Stir sugar into the inner pot
  6. Add orange to the inner pot
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook, High, 4 min, then quick-release the pressure
  9. Crack egg shells all over with a spoon
  10. Replace lid
  11. Keep warm - Keep warm, Less, 18 hr
  12. Rinse with cold water
  13. Remove shells
  14. Serve
