Peanut butter cookies just taste like home. There is something about the aroma that fills the kitchen and the fabulous crumbly texture as you bite into these little treasures. We use "creamy peanut butter" instead of "crunchy" because creamy is more moist. If your dough is too dry, add more peanut butter.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Mix a clean stand mixer bowl briefly until smooth - medium-low speed
  3. Add egg and white sugar to the stand mixer bowl
  4. Mix until sugar has dissolved
  5. Roll into balls
  6. Arrange a clean baking sheet one by one
  7. Bake - 10 min, 175°C
  8. Let cool slightly
  9. Transfer onto cooling rack until cool
