Step preview

  1. Peel and wash potatoes and cut into 1cm slices
  2. Add to Thermomix mixing bowl and stir in milk
  3. Cook for 25 minutes at 95C on speed 1
  4. Add butter, salt and nutmeg
  5. Insert butterfly and mash for 30 seconds on speed 3
