Step preview

  1. Place oil, garlic and onions in mixing bowl
  2. Chop 4 sec/speed 4
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1
  5. Mix the lamb with salt and pepper
  6. Mix the meat into the TM bowl
  7. Add in the herbs, barley and stock
  8. Cook for 60 min/100°C/reverse stir
  9. Add in the vegetables and butter and stir in with spatula
  10. Cook again 30 min/100°C/reverse speed
  11. Serve piping hot; works perfectly with mashed potatoes
