Step preview
- Cut the asparagus tips and set them aside
- Put the onion and the soft part of the asparagus stem in the Thermomix bowl
- Chop with MC on - 5 sec, Speed 4
- Gather at the bottom with the help of the spatula and add the oil
- Fry: 3 min, 100° speed, gentle stir
- Add the rice and the asparagus tips, season
- Set 3 min 100° reverse speed 1 (during these 3 minutes wet with wine)
- Pour the water and the bouillon
- Cook: 10 min, 100°, reverse gentle stir
- After 10 minutes add the milk and salt
- Continue cooking for 3 minutes
- After cooking, check the cooking of the rice
- Leave to rest for a few minutes in the jug, add a knob of butter and whisk with the help of the spatula
- Serve as you like it most with Parmesan... Enjoy your meal!
