Step preview

  1. Marinade chicken in evoo, rosemary and garlic and put aside
  2. Put onion in the bowl
  3. Chop - 3 Sec - speed 5
  4. Add oil
  5. Sauté -3 Min -100°C Speed 1
  6. Add the chicken and brown - 5min -100°C Speed Gentle Stirring Reverse
  7. Put chicken aside and proceed with cooking the eggs
  8. Place water into TM bowl
  9. Place asparagus slices and spears into simmering basket
  10. Cook for 10 Min - Varoma Speed 2
  11. Remove simmering basket, tip water out, rinse TM bowl with cold water and dry
  12. Add roughly cut asparagus, spring onions and thyme
  13. Chop with MC in place - 7 Sec - Speed 5 and scrape down
  14. Add eggs, nutmeg, and Thermomix Vegetable Stock Cube
  15. Whisk 10 Sec - speed 4 -
  16. Add asparagus slices, reserving tips
  17. Heat olive oil in a 25cm frying pan
  18. When hot pour in egg mixture
  19. Scatter over asparagus tips and cook over medium heat until egg starts to set
  20. When the eggs are ready, put the chicken on top and serve hot
