  2. Grate parmesan with MC in place 15 seconds/speed 9
  3. Tip out and set aside
  4. Add fresh parsley
  5. Chop parsley with MC in place 3 seconds/speed 7
  6. Tip out and set aside
  7. Add onion
  8. Chop onion with MC in place 3 seconds/speed 5
  9. Add olive oil and mushrooms
  10. Cook 4 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1
  11. Add rice and vegetable stock
  12. Cook 3 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1
  13. Add boiling water, and salt to taste
  14. Cook 13 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/ speed 1 with MC off
  15. Add chopped asparagus
  16. Cook 3 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1 with MC off
  17. Add butter, parmesan and parsley
  18. Mix through with spatula and serve
