Step preview

  1. Add your ripe peaches to a cutting board
  2. Add the wedges to a deep, medium-sized, microwave-safe dish
  3. Add the sugar and cinnamon to the peach wedges
  4. Mix to combine
  5. In a medium bowl, add the flour, sugar, oats and a pinch of salt
  6. Add the butter chunks to the flour mix
  7. Using your clean hands rub in the butter and flour mix between your fingers
  8. Continue doing this until the mixture resembles stuffing
  9. Add the pecan pieces and mix in to the crumble mix
  10. Crumble all of the mixture in a generous layer on top of the peaches
  11. Very gently pat the mixture down with your hand
  12. Cook on Combo 1 for 30 minutes
  13. Serve warm with your favourite vanilla ice-cream
