Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 199°C
  2. Add chicken breast to a clean baking dish
  3. Brush with olive oil evenly
  4. Season with salt & pepper generously
  5. Roast - 8 min, 199°C, middle rack
  6. Let rest and continue - 5 min
  7. Add garlic clove, fresh basil leaves, avocado, lemon juice and golden balsamic vinegar to a clean blender jug
  8. Blitz until combined
  9. Add greek yogurt, honey, black pepper and sea salt to the blender jug
  10. Blend until smooth
  11. Assemble
