Step preview
- Add water, milk and unsalted butter to a clean saucepan
- Heat gently and set aside - medium heat
- Add all purpose flour, sugar, quick-rise yeast and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
- Whisk briefly until combined
- Transfer butter to dough
- Mix until combined
- Add egg to the dough
- Mix until dough forms
- Knead until smooth - 10 min, dough hook
- Grease a clean medium bowl
- Transfer dough to medium bowl and cover
- Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
- Grease a clean round pan
- Turn out the dough on lightly-floured surface
- Roll
- Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl
- Mix briefly until combined
- Spread sugar mixture on the dough and roll it
- cut the dough into rolls and arrange it in round pan. Cover with plastic wrap
- Let rise - 30 min
- Pre-heat oven - 190°C
- Bake round pan until lightly browned - 25 min, 190°C
- Add powdered sugar, ground cinnamon and milk to a clean medium bowl
- Mix together
- Drizzle rolls with glaze
