Step preview

  1. Add all the sauce ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine
  2. Add in the chicken chunks and mix well to get coated with the peanut sauce
  3. Place the chicken strips in a single layer on the enamel tray
  4. Place the enamel tray onto the wire rack
  5. Broil on High for 6 minutes
  6. Flip the chicken
  7. Broil on High for 6 minutes
  8. Serve chicken warm, making sure to get all the sauce from the enamel tray
