Step preview

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight, then rinse
  2. Add soaked chickpeas and all other ingredients to a bowl and blend until smooth using a stick blender
  3. Form 8 falafels using the mixture and brush each one with some oil on both sides
  4. Grease the air fryer basket with oil
  5. Add the oiled falafel rounds to the air fryer basket and place the basket onto the wire rack
  6. Air fry for 15 mins
  7. Flip and air fry for a further 5 mins
  8. Serve warm with some hummus, flatbreads and your favourite vegetables
