Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C, middle rack
  2. Line a clean cake tin with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Add unsalted butter, sugar and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Mix - medium speed
  5. Add whole wheat flour, cacao powder and vanilla sugar to the large mixing bowl
  6. Bake then set aside - 15 min, 175°C, middle rack
  7. Add whipped cream and powdered sugar
