Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 221°C
  2. Fill a clean large saucepan with water and salt
  3. Boil on high heat
  4. Add asparagus to boiling water
  5. Cook until tender - 3 min, high heat
  6. Drain well
  7. Sprinkle with lemon zest, fresh parsley, dill and salt & pepper
  8. Grease a clean baking sheet with butter
  9. Place salmon filet on the baking sheet
  10. Stuff asparagus into fish
  11. Squeeze lemon onto the fish
  12. Bake - 10 min, 221°C
  13. Serve
