Step preview

  1. Add extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove, lemon and spring onion to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix with tablespoon then set aside
  3. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  4. Cook until al dente - 8 min, medium-high heat
  5. Add asparagus, green beans and peas to the large saucepan
  6. Cook - 3 min, medium-high heat
  7. Prepare a clean large serving bowl
  8. Set aside until cool
  9. Add mozzarella cheese, watercress, fresh parsley, fresh chives and fresh basil leaves to the large serving bowl
  10. Let rest salt & pepper to the dressing
  11. Serve
