Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add peanut butter, ground almonds, baking soda, honey, vanilla extract and egg white to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Combine until dough forms
  5. Form into balls about 2cm in diameter and transfer to the baking sheet
  6. Flatten each of the cookie until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  7. Bake baking sheet - 8 min, 180°C
  8. Remove, let cool and serve
