This is a Thermomix-ready version of Drop's dinner rolls, adapted for the TM5.

Ingredients

- All purpose flour
- 480 g

- Active dried yeast
- 2 ¼ teaspoons

- Water
- 115 g

- Salt
- ¾ teaspoon

- Sugar
- 30 g

- Greek yogurt
- 115 g

- 3

- Unsalted butter
- 55 g

- 1 tablespoon

Step preview
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
- Grease a clean large glass bowl and set aside
- Add all purpose flour, active dried yeast, water, salt, sugar, greek yogurt, egg and unsalted butter to the TM5 bowl
- Mix with MC in place - 5 sec, speed 5
- Knead with MC in place - 3 min, dough
- Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
- Transfer dough to large glass bowl
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise - 1 hr
- Punch down and shape into a ball
- Transfer dough to floured work surface
- Pre-heat oven - 190°C
- Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls
- Place each of them on the baking sheet
- Add egg and water to a clean small bowl
- Whisk until combined
- Brush each roll with egg mixture
- Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
- Once done, let cool on the rack - approx 5 min
