Step preview

  1. Add granulated sugar and water to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat until boiling - medium heat
  3. Simmer and set aside - 5 min, medium heat
  4. Let cool
  5. Transfer syrup to medium bowl
  6. Add lemon to the mixture
  7. Whisk together
  8. Churn in ice cream maker
  9. Pour in plastic container
  10. Freeze until firm
  11. Scoop
